Camper Early Registration

Yes. Your registration fee of $550 will be automatically credited to the credit card that was used for registration.

You do not need to apply, the fee will be refunded automatically to your credit card.

Refunds will be processed by April 10th and you should see the refund on your bank statement within 2-4 weeks after that.

You will qualify for a token for 2021 camps as long as you meet the following requirements:

  • Vraj Mandir Sevak:
    • Dedicated Mandir volunteers may be eligible for an early registration token for their own child. Eligibility will be confirmed by Vraj President or Vraj Chairman
  • Vraj Vaishnav Kendra (VVK) Students:
    • VVK Center students may be eligible for early camper registration. Students who have been enrolled at the VVK Center for at least one year and have attended a minimum of 75% of classes between July 2019 and January 2021 are eligible to apply. Eligibility will be conirmed by VVK Management and VYC Management.
  • North Campus Development Supporters:
    • Supporters of North Campus Development may be eligible for early camper registration. A minimum donation of $500 per child made from March 3, 2019 to February 27, 2021 qualiies the child for early camper registration.
    • Deadline for donation for token by credit card: February 27, 2021 @ 5:00 PM
    • Deadline for donation for token by check: February 20, 2021
        • Donation checks can be mailed to Vraj Temple.
        • Make the check payable to Vraj and note for “Vraj Campus Development” in the memo section.

Yes. You will need to reapply for a token for 2021 camps. 2021 Camp registration dates will be published by December 31, 2020.

No, you will just indicate on the 2021 form that you have provided the receipt with the 2020 early token request application.

Camper Early Registration - Camp Volunteers:

No, You will need to reapply to volunteer at 2021 camps to qualify for the token.

Yes. The cancellation of 2020 Camps will NOT impact your “3 year consective” service status as long as you are a volunteer for 2021 camps. The cancellation of 2020 Camps will NOT impact “3 consecutive years of service”.

Yes, as long as you are a volunteer for 2021 camps you will qualify for a token for a grandchild or a relative (niece/nephew). The cancellation of 2020 Camps will NOT impact “10 years of service”

Counselor Registration:

Yes. Refunds will be processed by April 10th and you should see the refund on your bank statement within 2-4 weeks after that.

Yes. You will need to complete a 2021 Counselor application.
