Online Registration is possible via Computer, Tablet, or Smartphone. For best registration experience we recommend Safari or Google Chrome web browsers.

• Have a .jpeg or .pdf file available for the following before completing each respective part of registration.
  • Part I: Camper Birth Certificate
  • Part II: Front and Back of Health Insurance ID, Physician Medical Clearance Form
• A link to make the payment will be sent after Part I submission is processed. Payment can be made using a credit card.
• The Birthday cutoff date is as of the first day of camp that the camper is attending. Admissible age for camps is:
  • Camp 1: 7/13/2012 – 7/12/2016
  • Camp 2: 7/20/2012 – 7/19/2016
  • Camp 3: 7/27/2008 – 7/26/2012
  • Camp 4: 8/3/2008 – 8/2/2012

Registration Timelines

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: PLEASE READ BEFORE CLICKING TO REGISTER.

• Do NOT click to register before 10 AM as this will require you to delete cookies and cache on your browser.
• Do NOT keep refreshing the page. The system may become slow with a large number of applicants concurrently accessing the website.
• Take the time to read Page 1 of the application. Remember Inaccurate applications will be waitlisted and moved to the end of the queue.
• If you have not received an email after submitting Part I of the application, Check your spam folder. Work emails, .edu emails and Hotmail seem to have more issues than other email applications.

GENERAL RULES:

• All communication is through the Parent’s Email submitted with the application. Vraj Youth is NOT responsible for any unread, missed, or lost email. Unspam <<vrajyouth.net>>
• Camper must be present at registration on the first camp day.
• Camper will be dismissed only after the camp closing on last day of camp.
• Participation in VYC does not qualify as a Day Care Services under IRS guidelines.
• Only one application per camper name and birthdate combination is allowed.
• Providing timely, accurate and valid information is crucial. Application with missed timelines and inaccurate information will be waitlisted. NO exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
• Besides Medical Clearance Form, an Action Plan is required for Moderate to Severe Asthma and Allergies.
• All deadlines must be strictly adhered to.
• Registration of your child will be cancelled if you file dispute with your Credit Card Company for any reason.

PAYMENT POLICY

Charges:

• Camper Fees (Donation): $675
  • If 2 children attend camp, $25 will be refunded when camps end.
  • If 3 or more children are at camp, $75 will be refunded when camps end.
• Processing Fee: $24 (Non-Refundable Processing Fee)

Refund Policy:

• Applications “Waitlisted” due to incomplete information.
  • Application will be cancelled and a refund of $500 (net of $175 processing fee) will be issued if requested documentation is not provided by May 26, 2025.
• Applications “Waitlisted” processing due to no spots available at camp.
  • In case a spot does not become available up until 2 weeks before camp, a full refund of $675 will be issued.
• Applications withdrawn by parents
  • Applications withdrawn by Sunday, May 5, 2025 will receive a full refund.
  • Applications withdrawn between May 6 and May 26, 2025 will receive a refund of $500 (net of $175 processing fee).
  • No refund will be issued after May 6, 2025 unless waitlisted due to no spots available.
  • Withdrawal process:
    • Contact us at onlinereg@vrajyouth.net.
    • Request email must be received AND email acknowledged by the above stated deadlines.
    • Upon approval, the refund will be processed back to the credit card.
