Camp Registration will continue as planned. Camp fees will be refunded in case the camps are cancelled due to Corona virus.

Changes to camp schedule will be announced no later than June 13th, 2020

COVID-19 SAFETY FIRST PLAN will be published based on Camp continuity decision.

The dates listed below for registration are for 2020

  • Registration is possible via Computer, Tablet, or Smartphone.
    • For best registration experience we recommend Safari or Google Chrome web browsers. IE is not supported.
    • Have a .jpeg or .pdf file available for the following before registration.
      • Part I: Camper Birth Certificate
      • Part II: Front and Back of Health Insurance ID and Physician Medical Clearance Form
    • Payment will be made using a credit card within Part I of the registration form.
  • Birthdate cutoff date is as of the first day of camp that the camper is attending. i.e. Camp 1: 7/12/2007 – 7/11/2011

General Registration

  • Campers Age Group 13- 16 yrs: Sunday April 26th, 2020 @ 10:00 AM
  • Campers Age Group  9 – 12 yrs: Sunday May 3rd, 2020 @ 10:00 AM
  • Part II of Camper Registration is due Friday May 29, 2020 @ 5:00 PM
    • Do NOT click to register before 10 AM as this will require you to delete cookies and cache on your browser.
    • Do NOT keep refreshing the page. The system may become slow with a large number of applicants concurrently accessing the website.
    • Take the time to read Page 1 of the application. Remember inaccurate applications will be waitlisted and moved to the end of the queue.
    • If you have not received an email after submitting Part I of the application, check your spam folder. Work emails, .edu emails and Hotmail seem to have more issues than other email applications.

 General Rules

  • All communication is through the Parent’s Email. Vraj Youth is NOT responsible for any unread, missed, or lost email. Unspam <<>> 
  • Camper must be present at registration on the first camp day.
  • Camper will be dismissed only after the camp closing on last camp day.
  • Participation in VYC does not qualify as a Day Care Services under IRS guidelines.
  • Only one application per camper name and birthdate combination is allowed.
  • Providing timely, accurate and valid information is crucial. Application will be waitlisted and NO exceptions will be made under any circumstances. Application will be re-reviewed once proper documentation is submitted and/or a slot becomes available at camp.
  • Besides Medical Clearance Form, an Action Plan is required for Moderate to Severe Asthma and Allergies.
  • All deadlines must be followed strictly.
  • Registration of your child will be cancelled if you file dispute with your Credit Card Company for any reason.

Camp Payment Policies


  • Camper Fees (Donation): $550
    • If 2 children attend camp, $25 will be refunded when camps end.
    • If 3 or more children are at camp, $75 will be refunded when camps end.
  • Processing Fee: $14 (Non-Refundable Processing Fee)

Refund Policy:

  • Applications “Waitlisted” due to incomplete information.
    • Application will be cancelled and a refund of $450 (net of $100 processing fee) will be issued if complete documentation is not provided by May 31, 2020. 
  • Applications “Waitlisted” processing due to no spots available at camp.
    • In case a spot does not become available up until 2 weeks before camp, a full refund of $550 will be issued.
  • Applications withdrawn by parents
    • Applications withdrawn by May 29, 2020 will receive a full refund.
    • Applications withdrawn between May 29 and June 12, 2020 will receive a refund of $450 (net of $100 processing fee).
    • No refund will be issued after June 12th unless waitlisted due to no spots available.
