Camper Early Registration Token Request

Early Registration Token Eligibility Options:
1. North Campus Development Supporters

Donation of $775 or more targeted for North Campus Development. Donations must be made between March 2, 2025 to March 1, 2026. Note: Token donation does not apply towards Camp fees.

Donations through Feb. 21, 2026 can be made at VYC DONATION FORM. From Feb. 22 – Mar. 1, 2026 use the token request link below.

2. Vraj Mandir or VYC Sevak

4 major mandir events or 8 full days of volunteering on regular weekends. Volunteering at VYC events (e.g. Eggstravaganza, Camp Transition weekend) qualify towards the count of 8. Volunteering for a total of 8 days is required. Volunteering must be done between March 2, 2025 to March 1, 2026. For North Campus Development Supporters and Mandir/VYC Sevak

Submit TOKEN REQUEST between Feb 22 and March 1, 2026 HERE

Token (i.e. Camper Application Part I Link) Distribution:

  • Token (Link) will be sent to parent email by March 8, 2026
  • Token (Link) MUST be used during Early Registration Period: March 9, 2026 @ 10:00 AM – March 22, 2026
  • Token (Link) will be invalid after this period. No exceptions are made in case the submission timeline is missed.
  • Regular camp fees and guidelines apply to all camper registrations.
3. Vraj Camp Volunteers

Volunteering for one full camp in 2026. Eligibility will be confirmed by Camp Volunteer Coordinator. Apply on the VOLUNTEER PAGE

4. Vraj Vaishnav Kendra (VVK) Students:

Token issued to VVK students that qualify for Camp. Eligibility student names are submitted by VVK Administration.

Camper Early Registration Token

General online registration is on a first-come first-serve basis and fills up very quickly. An early registration token permits your child to register before General Registration. Qualified submissions are guaranteed admission in the camp of their choice.

The following groups are eligible for Early Camp Registration.

  1. North Campus Development Supporters/Donors
  2. Vraj Mandir / VYC Sevak
  3. Vraj Camp Volunteers
  4. VVK Students
