Camper Early Registration Token Request – 2025 Camps

TOKEN REQUEST must be submitted between Feb 23 and March 2, 2025

Token (i.e. Camper Application Part I Link) Distribution:

Token (Link) will be sent to parent email by March 9, 2025
Token (Link) MUST be used during Early Registration Period: March 10, 2025 @ 10:00 AM – March 23, 2025
Token (Link) will be invalid after this period. No exceptions are made in case the submission timeline is missed
Regular camp fees and guidelines apply to all camper registrations.

Camper Early Registration Token

General online registration is on a first-come first-serve basis and fills up very quickly. An early registration token permits your child to register before General Registration. Qualified submissions are guaranteed admission in the camp of their choice.

The following groups are eligible for Early Camp Registration.

Vraj Camp Volunteer:
Volunteering for one full camp in 2025. Eligibility will be confirmed by Camp Volunteer Coordinator.
Vraj Mandir or VYC Sevak:
4 major mandir events or 8 full days of volunteering on regular weekends. Volunteering at VYC events (e.g. Eggstravaganza, Camp Transition weekend) qualify towards the count of 8. Volunteering for a total of 8 days is required. Eligibility will be confirmed by Vraj President, Vraj Chairman, and/or VYC Chairperson.
Vraj Vaishnav Kendra (VVK) Students: Tokens issued to VVK students that qualify for Camp in 2025. Eligibility will be confirmed by VVK Administration.
North Campus Supporters: Donation of $675 or more targeted for North Campus Development. Donations must be made between March 4, 2024 to March 2, 2025.
